I beg most respectfully to state that the local sweeper named Ram Hari has been proving himself to be very irregular in performing his duties. He never comes timely to cleanse the drains and paths. It can be easily imagined how much is the discomfort we feel in consequence. In spite of my repeated warnings, he neglects his duty.

I, therefore, request the favour of your kindly taking the necessary steps to remove this inconvenience:

মহাশয়,

স্থানীয় ঝাড়ুদার ক্রমশই তাব কর্তব্য অনিয়মিত রূপে সম্পন্ন করছে। সে সময় মতাে কখনই ঝাড়ু দিতে আসে না। এতে আমাদের কত অসুবিধা ভােগ করতে হয়, তা সহজেই অনুমেয়। পুনঃপুন সতর্ক করে দেওয়া সত্ত্বেও, সে তার কর্তব্যে অবহেলা করছে।

অতএব প্রার্থনা অনুগ্রহপূর্বক এই অসুবিধা দুরীকরণার্থ বিহিত ব্যবস্থা করতে আজ্ঞা হয়।
