We have secured a few orders to supply manufactured goods worth Rs 2 lakh. We find it difficult to execute the orders at present as the prices of raw materials have recently gone up. We shall receive payment against our pending bills in the month of October 2020. At this stage, you will do us a good turn if you kindly allow us an overdraft of Rs. 75,000/-. We are ready to mortgage the factory land against the overdraft if you so desire. In this connection, I would remind you that you kindly allowed us overdrafts in the past on similar occasions.

We shall remain grateful to you if you kindly sanction the overdraft.
