Dear Sir,
I opened a saving Bank Account with your Bank on the 5 th of this month. Unfortunately, I have not yet receipt my Pass Book.
I, therefore, request you to give me the same immediately.

জানুয়ারি মাসের ৫ তারিখে আপনার বাংকে একটি সেভিং অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলেছিলাম। দুঃখের বিষয় এখনও পাশবই পাইনি। অবিলম্বে পাশ বই পাইনি। অবিলম্বে পাশ বইটি দেবার জন্য আপনাকে অনুরোধ জানাই।
