AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION WORKER
An agricultural extension worker with having a diploma from an Agricultural Technical College devotes himself to the work of cultivation. As a matter of fact, he does not take part in it. He assists the village farmers how to cultivate the land and growing crops better. He takes the diploma after two years of study in an Agricultural Technical College. Sometimes he takes part in the cultivation of vegetables and tobacco. He learns about insecticides. He is fit to work in a laboratory and research centres. He need not run after jobs. After all, the service of agricultural extension workers is very important.
