With reference to the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to inform that as per clause 2.2 c of the Memo no 192-IT/06/2020/P&AR-e-Gov dated 16/10/202 issued by the P&A.R. Department, Government of West Bengal the ICT coordinators under direct control of SED may apply with medical documents to claim such leave as requested for through proper channel to the DI/S(SE) of schools. The undersigned is further directed to state that for an individual case the concerned DI of the district may allow such leave and send a copy of records to the School Education Department. In case the studies are hampered by such absence the Di concerned may depute in additional charge another instructor from a nearby school
